Blair Lindler holds a Bachelors of Science from ECU in Health Fitness with a minor in Worksite Health Promotion. In addition, Blair has also recently earned a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Blair’s education and passion about the body’s mechanics lends her to helping coach you– whether you’re a fitness new-comer or a fitness lover.
Blair has taught boot camp classes, water aerobics classes, and some basic Pilate’s classes previously, and is incredibly excited about being involved in Bikini Boot Camp! When she isn’t leading class, she’ll be sweating right alongside you – that’s just how much she believes in the foundational science that Bikini Boot Camp is based upon. “When in doubt, go workout!”
Kira O’Donnell holds a bachelors degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training and personal training certification with AFAA. After spending 6 years on the fields with athletes Kira decided to combine her work with her passion of health and fitness. Her background has been a very useful tool when it comes to clients with specific physical limitations by being able to provide many modifications.
Kira currently trains clients one-on-one and in small groups, as well as, teaches many group fitness classes (Turbo Kick, Piyo, and Body Sculpting). Kira is really excited to join the BeyondFit team to help spread the word to women everywhere about this great way to “Work Smarter, Not Harder” for fat loss results.
In her free time you can find Kira doing just about anything outside from walking with her dog Lilo, jogging around New Bern, standup paddle boarding, or relaxing at her happy place aka the beach!
Shannon Mayhew hold a Bachelors of Arts in Dance from Radford University and has a personal fitness trainer certification with AFAA.
Shannon is a busy a Marine wife and mother if two. She loves spending time with her family and doing anything outside.
Shannon is excited to join the Beyond Fit team and coaching Bikini Boot Camp. When she’s not coaching, you can find her there at Bikini Boot Camps working out. :)
